For many years, they asked some people to pay a fee for using WhatsApp after their first year. Many WhatsApp users don't have a debit or credit card number and they worried they'd lose access to their friends and family after their first year. So over the next several weeks, they will remove fees from the different versions of our app and WhatsApp will no longer charge you for service.
Instead of not charging they will not going to introduce third party ads to make revenue.they are doing work on communicating bank account through whatsapp and make it more secure.They are testing ne tools to improve this type of communications.
